20 Days of WoW – Day 19

Day 19 – In your bags/bank

I’m going to answer this. It is so annoying that my dear wife (who is so OCD organised IRL) has bags that look like THIS:

And this is on a good day!!!

In my defense, most of that is transmog and profession gear. AND I don’t have a bank alt… AND they’re online like this on my main…

I think she doth protest too much! Here’s mine:

I tend to keep everything spread across various alts and toons, although my bags here are quite full. I usually keep metals, consumables and other small rep/enchanting mats in my bags. In my bank, I keep the curiosity items (BoA stuff, ritual stones etc etc) which I don’t need day to day. She keeps e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g… mats galore, transmog stuff (spellbound!!! I can’t send them anywhere else!), and goodness knows what else.

What about you? Serial horder or completely empty? Let us know!

  1. Interesting πŸ˜€

I only keep what I think is worth keeping. I have a bank alt who looks after all the random stuff, but I keep the materials for the professions that I am on a certain toon on that toon. My character bank is mainly filled with tier gear, weapons, pretty robes and cool items (world events, archaeology etc). I arrange these items as neatly as I can.

I *have* to keep my bags ordered. I group things in categories, and I start along the top of my bags working downwards or across the bottom and working upwards for items of a different sort. If there is room in my bags I like to have an empty space in between the different item groups, like I keep all my pet battle items at the top of the bag, then will have a row of empty slots, then I will have my flasks, pots, food buffs at the bottom for example. I will keep the area around the items free unless I have to fill it. Yeah… neat freak you could say πŸ˜€

My boyfriend orders his stuff vertically where as I do horizontally. I remember the “omg you weirdo” comment when he noticed my bags… joke of course πŸ˜€

  2. Serial horder, I mean I have 2 guild alts (3 tabs each) so I have 6 guild tabs to keep my stuff in and they are full. I keep meaning to have a clean out but what if I want to want the cata cooking ach or something, I’ll need all that dragon flank and basilisk liver then you know ;). Since moving my druid to horde and not having the back up of a guild alt to send all her stuff to she’s in a bit of trouble with space, I think she’s down to about 5 bag slots free; I’ve taken to sending stuff to the warlock to hold onto; no idea what I’ll do when her bags get full.. And she’s not the transmog freak, my mage has no bank space at all because its completely taken up with dresses, belts, shoulders etc, she’s a walking fashion shop.
